Women are told we need to lift heavy, get HIIT workouts, yoga, pilates, count every calorie and still somehow get enough rest that you can recover. We try to do everything, all at once, get hurt, and have to quit.
At MBodied Strength, we built the Self-Care Kickstart and designed it specifically for high performing women whose schedules demand efficiency and an accessible path to strength, mobility, and longevity.
By the end of the 3rd session, you will have a clear understanding of where you are today, and a personalized plan for moving forward.

🧭 Our 360 Movement and Goals Evaluation
Session
#1: We begin with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your goals, movement patterns, and any limitations so we can identify what your body needs most.
💪Personal Training Session
Session
#2: Work with a certified coach as we continue assessing how your body responds to training while reinforcing proper movement and building confidence. This session may be conducted in a semi-private setting if appropriate to see how you feel working in a small group.
📈 Strength & Longevity Review
Session
#5: We’ll sit down together to review your health and fitness data, highlight early wins, and map out a clear step-by-step plan for long-term success.
The Self-Care Kickstart is more than a few introductory workouts. It is a structured diagnostic process designed to understand how your body moves, how it responds to training, and what it needs to improve safely and effectively.
Each visit builds on the last, so that by the end, we can create a fully personalized plan based on your goals, health, and current fitness.

Women have been playing small for too long. We’ve been told to be skinny, not to get bulky or masculine, and not to ask for power or money. Nope. It’s time women get strong, and here’s why:
— Strength training is a game-changer for confidence, longevity, and mental health. Not only does it build stronger bones, reducing the risk of osteoporosis, but it also enhances functional fitness, preventing injuries and providing resilience for a quicker recovery.
— For women, strength training is crucial for hormonal balance, promoting better mental well-being and stress management. Additionally, it contributes to an elevated metabolism, aiding in weight loss and achieving that coveted “toned look”.
— As a Women’s Strength Trainer, I emphasize the importance of incorporating strength training into your fitness regime for holistic well-being.
No, quite the opposite. Here’s why:
— If you’re new to lifting weights, a group fitness class brings a lot of new movements and not nearly enough personal attention to your form.
— Additionally, those programs are created for the masses, not for your personal goals. In a Personal Training setting, individualized attention allows for a customized fitness plan, addressing specific goals such as weight loss, strength building, or overall well-being.
— The focused guidance from a Women's Strength Trainer ensures proper form, reduces the risk of injury, and maximizes results.
We want to make sure we’re the best fit for your goals and needs.
— We want to honor that this is a significant decision that you are making.
— It’s important that you fully understand the program and see the value in our work.
— It also helps you to feel the benefits of working in a small group, giving you a taste of the community and accountability inherent in our culture.
Yes and no. If you have been experiencing persistent joint pain or you are recently injured, please see a doctor to rule out anything serious.
— That said, once you’ve been cleared for exercise, get moving. As soon as things feel a little better, most people quit doing their pt homework and the injury recurs.
— We collaborate with your doctors to create a comprehensive program that includes their advice, and we provide the kind of accountability they just can’t offer.
— This increases your compliance with their advice, which keeps you moving forward with your strength, instead of always repeating the same cycle of injury-recovery-reinjury.
Yes, men are welcome too! Sure, we want to create a comfortable environment for women to train, but we have many male clients who love us. Here’s why:
— We foster a non-competitive culture, which is very appealing to men who want to come in and just take care of themselves without all the machismo.
— Training together creates a supportive network! Many of our male clients are referred to us by their female friends and family, and when your community is focused on healthy habits, it’s much easier to stay the course.
— Our male clients notice the progress of the women we train, and they want that for themselves. Honestly, if you know your spouse is getting strong and not injured, wouldn’t you want that for yourself?
— Most men just want to come in and get an honest sweat, without all the toxic-masculinity and sexism inherent in male-centric gyms.
